How the pricing works: two unit prices, one cycle
Every rule up front, so there are no surprises after checkout.
NexBrowser has exactly two billable units: browser windows (one fully isolated profile each) and team seats. A window costs 0.30 USDT and a seat 3.00 USDT, both per 30 days. Whichever threshold your window cap lands on decides the discount applied to the entire order - windows and seats get the same discount.
Every new team starts with 1 member and 10 windows for free. That allowance never expires and needs no credit card. At your first paid checkout the system charges only the capacity you add, not the free allowance; from the next cycle onward, renewals are billed on your full capacity, free allowance included.

Pricing and billing questions
What does the free plan include?
Every new team gets 1 member and 10 browser windows for free. When you upgrade, this initial free allowance is not charged again at first checkout; renewals, however, bill your full current capacity including the free allowance.
How are members billed?
Members cost 3.00 USDT/seat/30 days and receive the same plan discount as windows (e.g. 2.40 USDT/seat on Professional). The free allowance includes 1 member.
Can I add capacity before my plan expires?
Yes. Expansion only charges the added capacity for the remaining days: amount = added capacity list price × new plan pay ratio × remaining days ÷ 30. The tier is re-matched from the new window cap. Expansion does not extend your expiry date; renew first if the plan has expired.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept Alipay and USDT. Refunds are returned through the same method the payment came from - see our Refund Policy for details.
What is the cheapest a fingerprint browser can cost per month?
Zero, if 10 windows are enough - the free allowance never expires. The smallest paid setup is 20 windows with 1 seat: the first checkout charges only the 10 windows you added, so 3.00 USDT, and the next 30-day cycle bills your full capacity at 9.00 USDT.
Are 10 free windows enough, and when should I add more?
For one person running up to 10 stores or social accounts, the free tier is genuinely enough. You need to upgrade when you want an 11th isolated profile, or when a second teammate needs their own login - and because paid tiers start at 20 windows, there is nothing between 11 and 19.
