NexBrowser (hereinafter 'the Service' or 'we') is antidetect browser software and related cloud services provided by Next Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Singapore). The Service aims to provide users with:

• Multi-browser profile management and isolation
• Browser fingerprint customization and anti-association features
• Team collaboration and profile sharing
• Automation API and script support
• Cloud profile sync services

The Service is provided 'as is.' We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some or all service features at any time and will notify users in advance through website announcements or email.

2.1 Registration Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register and use the Service.

2.2 Account Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it promptly when information changes.

2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account. If you discover unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.

2.4 Account Limitations: Each user is limited to one account. Transferring, selling, or sharing accounts with others is prohibited.

4.1 Pricing: We offer a free version and various paid subscription plans. For specific pricing and feature details, please refer to our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, with fees charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle.

4.4 Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Service, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests at our discretion in the following cases:

• Requested within 72 hours of first subscription (and service not heavily used)
• Severe service failure preventing use (confirmed by us)

4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Price changes will take effect in the next billing cycle and will be notified in advance.

5.1 Our Rights: NexBrowser software, website, documentation, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Next Network Technology Co., Ltd.

5.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 User Content: You retain ownership of browser profiles and related data you create or upload. You grant us a limited license necessary to process this data to provide the Service.

We do not guarantee the Service will meet all your needs, nor do we guarantee it can evade any specific platform's detection mechanisms. Users should assess usage risks and bear corresponding consequences.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, goodwill loss, or business interruption.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use or inability to use the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
• We bear no responsibility for losses caused by third-party platform policy changes, account bans, or other third-party actions.

8.1 User Termination: You may cancel your subscription and request account deletion at any time through account settings or by contacting customer service.

8.2 Our Termination: If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, we have the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

8.3 Termination Consequences: After account termination, you will lose access to the Service and all related data. We may retain certain data for a period of time as required by law or internal policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified Terms will take effect when posted on this page. For significant changes, we will notify you in advance via email or in-service notifications.

Continued use of the Service after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you should stop using the Service.

11.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.

11.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

11.4 Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may freely assign.
